What do I need to edit on my documents?
  1. Change any yellow highlighted text to your company specific information and remove the highlight and parenthesis:

  2. Remove any text that is prefaced Example DELETE in red





    *if a row in excel, delete entire row

  3. Pay attention to any warnings that indicate checking state and federal laws:

How do I enable my documents for editing?
  1. Click the Enable Editing button
  2. Word Only - Click the Viewing drop down menu and select Allow Editing (if needed)
  3. Save your document
