Example
Mary in marketing and Carly in customer service have access to client reviews. The product team has been waiting for client feedback so they can discuss and prioritize the pipeline for product improvements. Both Mary and Carly are unclear on who should be providing the feedback to the team, so neither has done so.


After consulting the company roles and responsibilities document, they discover that Carly is responsible for gathering and communicating the feedback, and Mary should be informed of this information along with the product team.
