Example
Larry in the accounting department oversees Julia, a senior account manager. Using the action plan and goals template, they add clarity to her responsibilities for the next three months. Julia uses this action plan to guide her priorities and accountability in completing specific projects she has defined with Larry. She can also refer to this plan and ask for help and direction when other priorities or roadblocks arise.
