We offer two types of implementation services:
Document Finalization: Through a series of hour-long meetings we’ll work with you and your team to finalize the customizable sections (often denoted in yellow highlight) on your purchased Upstart Operations documents. At your request, we may edit other areas of your documents based on our discussions.
General Operations Consulting: We will answer questions and give general operations advice in topic areas that you request. This is a great option if you’d like to edit your own documents but have operational areas where you need clarification or advice.
We can do a combination of the two above items at your request, but please be aware that general operations consulting may reduce the number of documents we are able to edit.
