Example
Diego is a graphic designer and would like to learn more about designing advertisements for LinkedIn. He knows his company has a professional development policy, so he refers to it and learns that online workshops may qualify for reimbursement. After some research he finds a credible online workshop for creating LinkedIn ads and submits a request to his manager for approval. Determining that it fits the company policy, his manager approves the workshop, and Diego is able to improve his skill set in this area.
