RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Template

Example
Melvin in marketing is responsible for setting up Facebook ads the first week of every month. Since he has planned a vacation and will be out for the first two weeks of August, Carly will be covering his duties while he is away. Melvin creates a RACI document that details not only his work but also the steps that involve other departments, such as graphic design collaboration and manager approvals. 

He shares this document with Carly and walks her through the various steps. Carly can now properly cover Melvin’s Facebook ad duties while he is away.
